Meet the Team

Ross & Korey grew up in Bryan/College Station, sharing roots in Texas that have shaped their values and work ethic. After college, they embarked on diverse professional journeys that took them across Texas and beyond—including Jackson, MS, New Orleans, LA, and Lake Conroe.

Ross spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, coaching, developing, and building successful sales teams. Korey started her career as an elementary school teacher before becoming one of the top Realtors in the Lake Conroe area, known for her dedication and local expertise.

The opportunity to acquire Holley's from Korey's mom, Barbara Holley, seamlessly aligned with their journey. Having built multiple homes along the way, they decided to bring their passion and expertise back to their hometown. Korey and Ross understand the importance of making a house your home and are committed to partnering with the local community to bring elegance and style to every project.

United by their roots and professional achievements—and their shared love for travel and adventure—Korey and Ross enjoy exploring new destinations in the Caribbean. Korey loves experiencing different cultures, while Ross is an avid scuba diver, often exploring underwater worlds during their travels. They are dedicated to serving with integrity, enthusiasm, and a personal touch.

Kevin has been with Holley's for 21 years crafting quality & trust with every step of the way . He is passionate about tradition and driven by growth . He is a Hunter Douglas certified installer , master shutter installer , powerview pro and has achieved Hunter Douglas ' Highest level of training Certified Professional Dealer . When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Joni and visiting their new Granddaughter Bradlee .

Kara has been designing beautiful and comfortable spaces for nearly ten years in Bryan/College Station. She loves helping clients create homes that truly reflect who they are. Before joining the team at Holley's, Kara ran her own design firm, where she discovered how rewarding it is to help clients find their personal style and transform their homes into a space they love.

A proud Aggie grad, Kara met her husband, Brian, while attending Texas A&M. They are the proud parents of triplet daughters, now high school seniors, who keep life full and lively. In her spare time, Kara enjoys traveling and drawing inspiration from new places.

James Parker is a proud native Texan, having grown up in Amarillo, Texas. In 2017, he made the heartfelt decision to relocate to the Brazos Valley, driven by a love for Southeast Texas, abundant business opportunities, and a desire to be closer to family.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, coaching, team development, leadership, customer service, and merchandising, he has worked across Texas and neighboring states including Oklahoma, Kansas, and New Mexico. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a top performer, earning multiple Salesperson of the Year awards.

His professional growth has been bolstered by coaching from industry leaders such as Doug Robinson (sales), Keith Cunningham (business mastery and MBA), and Tony Robbins (leadership).

Personally, James has enjoyed a 33-year marriage to his wife Terri. Together, they cherish their time outdoors, playing golf, watching sports, listening to music, and spending quality time with family.

Hunter McAvoy, a native of College Station, brings practical, hands-on expertise dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Certified in Hunter Douglas installation and a specialist in motorization, Hunter prides himself on delivering precise, high-quality work on every project. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and proactive attitude, he consistently steps up to get the job done right. Outside of work, Hunter is passionate about music, health, and fitness, always seeking opportunities for self-improvement and growth.

Wesley Shoemake, a native of College Station, answered his calling to serve others with five years of service in the Marine Corps. With a background in electrical work, Wesley enjoys collaborating with customers to improve and customize their living spaces. He specializes in outdoor shades and awnings, bringing expertise and dedication to every project. In his free time, Wesley loves restoring classic cars and cherishing time with his family.

Karen is a diverse and dynamic individual who has been a part-time team member at Holley's for two years. Her exceptional listening skills and unwavering positive attitude enable her to effectively assist clients in achieving their decorating aspirations. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Karen brings warmth and family values into her work. A retiree from Texas A&M University, she is passionate about cooking and is well-known for her kindness, often sharing delicious meals and a compassionate spirit with others.

Ollie is the Holley's shop dog and "Chief Happiness Officer," a role he takes very seriously. Between greeting customers, supervising snack breaks, attacking the vacuum and frequent naps, Ollie makes sure that everyone who walks through the door feels right at home. He may be small, but his personality is huge. Be sure and stop by to say hi!
